Question of the Day

"What's your motivation for doing what you do? What is it that drives you and moves you forward?"

Tamara Lowe, author of the new book "Get Motivated!", and her team studied 100,00 people over an eight year period. They discovered that motivation was more important to success than one's education, talent, or network of contacts.

Your motivation is your "why" It's your reason for doing what you do. It's your purpose; it's your mission.

So, now I extend the question to you. I am interested in hearing your responses.

My motivation is to be the best that I can be for the people who mean the most to me. I want to be the best example to those who see me every day. It is important to lead by example in all areas. I struggle with making healthy choices, but I now realize how important it is to take care of myself so that I can be here for others for many years to come. Life motivates me!

Peace and gratitude motivate me yet my actions rarely illustrate this therefor the results are horribly lacking. One breath at a time!
